Job summary

WILLCOR Inc in the DC area seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to support the PPBE process for a Navy program office. The role requires handling funding planning, coordination with project management, and ensuring funds are tracked and executed in accordance with FM policies, regulations, and deadlines, with a Secret clearance.

You will work with schedulers and task leads to build actionable plans, prepare Statements of Work for PRs, and provide analytical support during reviews with senior Navy

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in DoD/FM and applying FM processes.
• Knowledge of the PPBE process and budget cycles (DON, OSD, PB).
• Understanding appropriations law, fiscal policy, and FMR/FMM for Naval budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support the PPBE process and financial management strategy for the PEO USC program office.
• Collaborate with project management, schedulers, and task leads to secure funding and manage funding through tracking.
• Provide analytical support for development of well-formed requirements and budget requests.
• Coordinate PRs and documentation using NEPS and ERP systems.
