Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced FMS Financial Analyst to support DoD international programs. You will manage financial execution of FMS cases, develop spend plans, and coordinate with government case managers, program offices, and industry partners to ensure accurate financial data across FMS and Navy systems.

The role requires 7+ years in DoD financial management, Navy program office experience, and proficiency with FMS processes and DSAMS/SCIP/NMISIL/N-ERP/Cognos.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DoD financial management and program financial analysis.
• Experience supporting Navy acquisition programs at the program office level.
• Experience with AEGIS PARM process and spend plans.
• Experience analyzing commitments, obligations, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Experience developing financial reports and executive summaries.
• Experience supporting FMRs/CRRs/PMRs/IPRs and related reviews.
• Experience using FMS and Navy enterprise systems (DSAMS, SCIP, MISIL, N-ERP, NEPS, Cognos).
• Ability to collaborate with case managers, program offices and industry partners.
• Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage financial execution of FMS cases involving AEGIS and C4I.
• Develop and maintain spend plans and forecasts across programs.
• Analyze case execution and ensure data accuracy across FMS and Navy systems.
• Provide financial insights to leadership to guide decisions.
• Support FMRs, CRRs, PMRs, IPRs, and other program reviews.
• Coordinate with government case managers, program offices and industry partners.
