Job summary

Synertex LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support government contracts in the National Capital Region with a hybrid remote schedule. The role ensures programs stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining full financial transparency and compliance.

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years in program control or financial analysis, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and strong experience with EVM, CPFF/CPIF/CPAF contracts, and Excel-based reporting.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program control or financial analysis within government contracting.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph - required at time of application.
Strong proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and government reporting standards.
Experience with cost-type contracts (CPFF, CPAF, CPIF) and firm-fixed-price (FFP) vehicles.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage program budgets, cost baselines, and schedules across all contract phases.
Monitor costs against funding, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver financial status reports including EVM, CFSR, and CPR.
