Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Program Control experience with EAC development and hands-on financial reporting.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills to interact with Program Managers and technical leaders.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a team to meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial management and reporting for the program, including Scheduling, ETC and EAC, revenue and profit projections.
• Support annual planning, baselining, variance analyses, cost estimating and updates to contract deliverables.
• Collaborate with PMO, contracts, finance and customers to ensure timely reporting of contract financial deliverables.
• Provide guidance on risk management, pricing, forecasting, profitability, staffing and contracts.
• Partner with Program Managers to meet or exceed financial goals and company policies.
• Support monthly reviews and participate in weekly and monthly program or business reviews.
