What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide weekly group supervision for Internship courses, including conducting synchronous sessions
- Offer constructive feedback on student work and facilitate grading of assignments
- Support students in preparing for their Capstone Theory of Change Paper and Clinical Presentation
- Communicate effectively with faculty regarding student performance and policy violations
- Participate in curriculum planning and program improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional identity as a licensed marriage and family therapist
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, preferably from a COAMFTE-accredited program
- At least 5 years of experience as an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor or equivalent qualifications
- Completion of university onboarding requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
