What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
- Oversee the implementation of treatment and monitor treatment integrity
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians
- Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and treatment stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Desire to continuously learn and develop skill sets in the field
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written formats
- Willingness to work with a variety of patients and adapt to different treatment settings
