They are committed to safeguarding vulnerable individuals from abuse and exploitation, and assisting those affected by traumatic situations on their journey of healing and recovery.

The organization operates the Wisconsin Lifeline 988 call center, providing crisis counseling and emotional support to individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional distress. They are seeking a full-time, remote Clinical Supervisor to join their Crisis Services leadership team.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical supervision of Lifeline Counselors, including paraprofessionals and degreed staff, review documentation and service provision, and participate in training and development. This is a salaried position with competitive pay, flexible hours, and potential on-call responsibilities. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, full licensure in Wisconsin as an LPC or LCSW, and at least three years of direct client service experience. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Remote candidates must reside in Wisconsin, have a private workspace, high-speed internet, and be able to securely handle confidential information. Work hours are flexible, and candidates should be prepared for some on-call duties.
