Job summary

Macnica Americas, Inc. offers an Inside Sales – Customer Service role focused on program-based supply management to prevent Tier1 production disruption.

You will own planning, allocation, and VMI distribution while coordinating with SS and CQE to minimize risk and optimize inventory across the program. The role requires strong communication, ERP/EDI proficiency, and deep knowledge of supply chain dynamics, forecast accuracy, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Inside Sales experience or equivalent.
• Understand & ability to manage long-term monthly supply chain/pipeline between suppliers & customers.
• Operate VMI through MRP system accurately.
• Ability to cross-check pricing, P/N, quantity or other T & C's to avoid system entry error.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer demand as structure, not just quantity.
• Plan and allocate decisions based on supply reality (LT, inventory).
• Manage line-down risk with weekly/daily production control.
• Coordinate PCN communications and progress with customers.
• Own customer cost and credit management, including price protection.
• Maintain balanced inventory and WoS planning.
• Ensure FCST accuracy across ERP/MRP/EDI and support VMI distribution.
