National Council on Aging, Inc. is seeking a Program Associate for the AmeriCorps Workforce Development initiative.

The role focuses on coordinating program activities, supporting volunteers, and building partnerships across the West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania service area. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree plus 1–3 years in program coordination, with strong communication and data management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or similar role.
• Experience in workforce development, employment and training or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based data management systems, such as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the SDP to support participant success.
• Serve as a case manager for AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers and recruit/match volunteers.
• Ensure accurate data collection and entry into the program database.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers and support training.
• Identify job opportunities and assist with transition to permanent employment.
