Job summary

National Council on Aging, Inc. is seeking a Program Associate, Workforce Development to support planning, coordination, and implementation of CEW initiatives including SCSEP and sector strategies.

You will provide technical assistance, monitor activities, and help drive program outcomes with grantees and partners. The role emphasizes strong relationship management, data reporting, and cross-team collaboration within a national network; hybrid schedule and travel within the United States are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of technical assistance experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a grant-funded setting.
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to network members and partners.
• Serve as primary contact for grantees and community-based organizations.
• Monitor activities and partner performance; assist with reporting and invoicing.
• Review subgrantee reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, conferences, and travel as needed.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting templates; use CEW dashboards.
