Lead For America is seeking an ACC Member to support Coalfield Development Corporation's capacity building and program replication in West Virginia and Central Appalachia. You will work with WRAPS Partners, guiding capacity milestones and training initiatives while connecting trainees to resources and employer networks.

Qualifikationen

• Be a U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 17 years of age or older at start of service.
• No more than 3 AmeriCorps State/National terms previously served.

Aufgaben

• Manage data input into Coalfield's data management system under staff supervision.
• Gather intake data from WRAPS Partner training participants.
• Assist with program exit and follow-up data collection for evaluation.
• Support WRAPS Partner recruitment for trainings and outreach.
• Help participants connect with community resources and training opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners for access to workforce development resources.
• Connect local employers to trainings and strengthen employer engagement.
• Maintain files in SharePoint with confidentiality and data-security procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
