Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the 2nd shift at our Hopewell, NJ location. The role focuses on providing compassionate care to adults with autism and developmental disabilities, supporting daily life skills and community engagement.

The position requires weekend availability and a high school diploma or GED, with a driver’s license in good standing. We offer a stable 38-hour weekly schedule in a supportive team environment.

We are Hiring: Direct Support Professional - 2nd shift

Location: Hopewell, NJ

Department: BI - Adult Brain Injury

Hourly Rate: $19.06-$ 19.44/hr

Schedule: Wed and Thurs: 3p-11p, Fri: 3p-9p, Sat: 7a-11p - 38 hours/week

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
