Job summary

Bancroft in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Flex to empower adults with autism and developmental disabilities through personalized care and community activities.

You will work on flexible hours, including weekend shifts, with an emphasis on teamwork, respect, and compassionate communication, helping residents achieve daily living goals.

Bancroft provides a supportive environment with training, supervision, and opportunities to grow within a dedicated BI department.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Teamwork and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Current driver's license in good standing.

We are Hiring: Direct Support Professional - Flex

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Department: BI - Adult Brain Injury

Hourly Rate: $19.06-$ 19.44/hr

Schedule: FLEXIBLE HOURS (MUST work a least 40 hrs per month and 2 weekend shifts)

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
