Job summary

Bancroft in Brick, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Program Associate) to support adults with autism and developmental disabilities in a safe, person-centered environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and provide emotional and behavioral support as part of a compassionate team that values empathy, respect and quality care. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.
