Job summary

Bancroft in Cranbury, New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with autism and developmental or intellectual disabilities. You will support daily living skills, foster independence, and implement personalized plans of care in a compassionate, respectful environment.

The role requires weekend availability, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or GED is required, with opportunities to grow within our multidisciplinary care team at Bancroft.

Position: Direct Support Professional (Adult - BI)

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Shift: Full Time - Sun: 7a-11p, Mon and Tues 3p-11p - 32 hours/full time

Pay Rate: $19.06 - $19.44

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
