Job summary

Bancroft is looking for Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care to adults with autism and developmental disabilities in Brick, NJ. This part-time, second shift (Fri 3p-11p and Sat 9a-11p, 22 hours/week) offers meaningful work empowering residents to develop daily living skills and independence.

Responsibilities include planning events, supporting communication with residents, families and guardians, and working as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Team player with willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Title: Direct Support Professional

Loacation: Brick, NJ

Shift: Part-Time 2nd -Fri. 3p-11p & Sat. 9a-11p (22 hours a week)

Pay: $19.06-$19.44/hr.

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
