Job summary

Bancroft is seeking Direct Support Professionals for the Hopewell, NJ area to support adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.06-$19.44 for a 38-hour week with a weekend schedule.

We value compassionate, team-oriented individuals who are 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, can work weekends, have a valid driver's license, and are eager to learn while supporting residents’ growth and independence.
