Job summary

The University of Florida is seeking a Part‑Time OPS Program Assistant to support the Reclaimed Water curriculum project across Florida communities. This role collaborates with the PI to identify municipal and Extension partners, develop educator resources, and prepare final grant deliverables and reports, with emphasis on outreach and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data management systems, spreadsheets, word processing/presentation/email systems.
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently by organizing and coordinating work assignments in a cohesive plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a contact list of municipal, utility, and Extension professionals for program delivery.
• Assist with final grant deliverables, educator resources, and phase one workshops as needed.
• Prepare the Final Project Report including background, budget reconciliation, and outcomes.
• Coordinate distribution of workshop materials and materials for educator training.
