Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Program Assistant to support the Pathways to Opportunity program in Fort Myers. You will help ensure regulatory standards are met, manage the front desk and attendance, and assist with reports and curriculum development.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and related certifications, a valid Florida driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This is a full-time, on-site position in Fort Myers, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
• CPR, First Aid, Infection Control and HIV/AIDS certs or able to be trained.
• Valid Florida driver's license, car registration and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program space in regulatory standards and keep supplies stocked.
• Manage front desk, attendance, and visitor/volunteer check-ins.
• Back up program instructors as needed and assist with reports.
• Support quarterly calendars, surveys, outlines and curriculum.
• Monitor case notes and complete monthly program checks (First Aid, drills).
• Assist onboarding of new participants and general filing/scanning.
• Provide direct service coverage to ensure seamless operation.
• Communicate safety concerns and maintain site/van organization.
• Complete required trainings within the specified timeframe.
