Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Program Assistant to support the Pathways to Opportunity program at 5100 Tice Street, Fort Myers, FL 33905. The role involves managing the front desk, attendance, and ensuring space meets regulatory standards while supporting the Program Supervisor and Coordinator.

You will assist with data collection, required reports, and coordination of calendars, class outlines, and participant onboarding. A valid FL driver’s license and lifting ability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, Infection Control, and HIV/AIDS or ability to be trained.
• Valid Florida Driver's license, car registration, and proof of insurance.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program space meeting regulatory standards and stay organized.
• Manage front desk, attendance, and visitors/volunteers.
• Support Program Supervisor and Coordinator in operations and reports.
• Provide back-up for incident reports and safety communications.
• Assist with calendars, surveys, curricula, and class outlines.
• Assist onboarding of new participants and general filing.
