Clemson University is seeking a staff member to provide technical and professional support for the Office of Major Fellowships. The role involves coordinating services for nationally competitive fellowships, maintaining records of applications and outcomes, and assisting students and faculty with fellowship processes.
Responsibilities include program communications, events, financial processing, data reporting, and delivering excellent customer service to students and partners.
Provides technical and professional support services for the Office of Major Fellowships. Assists with the coordination of services and activities that support students applying for nationally competitive fellowships and scholarships. Maintains records of student participation, applications, and competition results; provides technical assistance and information to students, faculty, and staff; coordinates office activities and events; and supports financial and operational functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
AH30 EMPLOYEE TYPE: Time-Limited (TLP) Staff
A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
JOB KNOWLEDGE Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations.
Not responsible for supervising employees.
No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

Expected Salary Range $20 - $23 per hour Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
