Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Des Moines, IA is seeking a part-time Program Manager to help run the rehabilitation program and support beneficiaries on a 2nd shift. You will enforce house rules, supervise staff and manage daily operations to maintain safety and program integrity.

Responsibilities include beneficiary orientations, weekly house meetings, supervising medication calls, coordinating transportation, and documenting incidents.
