Job summary

NEOMED is seeking a Program Assistant to provide administrative support for the COM Medical Education department. You will manage scheduling, draft correspondence, greet visitors, and maintain files while acting as liaison between staff, faculty, students and other constituents.

Starting pay range $16.42-$18.43 with competitive benefits. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior office experience in higher education is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Duties may include serving as receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones and general office inquiries.
  • Maintain program documentation, files, and records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support program activities as requested (i.e., proctoring exams, lectures, departmental events). Serve as liaison between program staff, faculty, students and other applicable constituents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-year related work experience in an office environment.
  • Experience in higher education.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Pay Rate Range: $16.42 - $18.43, commensurate with experience
