Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives, including resource and cost loading, ensuring horizontal and vertical integration.
- Implement industry scheduling best practices such as DCMA 14‑point/DECM Metrics, IPMR DI‑MGMT‑81861, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance, Critical Path Analysis, Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), Schedule Performance and Health Metrics, monthly status reporting, subcontractor schedule integration, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional program office and business management teams to achieve program and organizational goals.
- Work with CAMs individually and in groups to analyze and resolve schedule impacts; present findings, impacts, and recommendations to program management.
- Present schedule data to internal and external customers.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate cost and schedule integration.
- Review and provide feedback on subcontractor schedules; maintain vertical traceability.
- Generate schedule‑related reports for internal and external customers.
- Provide informal training to program management, CAMs, business operations, and scheduling personnel on compliance and best practices.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives; align IMS with program mission and performance objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling, or
- Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience; additional 4+ years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in schedule management and use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency running Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) and resource‑loaded schedules.
- Full understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and support implementation across contract types.
- Advanced experience in MS Project.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top‑Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in MS Project and Structured Solutions (SSI) tools for MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with subcontract schedule management.
- Active U.S. Government security clearance.
