Role Overview:

  • Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure seamless execution across stadiums, hotels, and training facilities.
  • Analyse post-event data to identify wins and improvement areas.
  • Build and maintain robust reporting tools and centralised systems.
  • Track budgets, monitor spend and support financial forecasting.
  • Use data insights to optimise signage placements and improve efficiency.
  • Help manage vendor relationships and track their performance.
  • Identify potential risks and drive action plans to keep the programme on track.

Main Skills Needed:

  • Strong project coordination and data management skills.
  • Experience working with platforms like Smartsheet, Excel, Asana or similar.
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Solid reporting and analytical ability — dashboards, trackers, and performance reviews.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and external partners.
  • Ideally, a background in events, branding or signage for major programmes.
  • A detail-focused mindset with great communication skills.

What’s in It for You:

  • Be part of an iconic event with global visibility.
  • Join a high-performing team where your work will have clear, tangible impact.
  • Varied projects across locations and functions — no two days the same.
