Dressing Manager – Major International Tournament

This is your chance to help shape the visual identity of one of the biggest sporting events in the world. Working as part of a global live events team, you’ll lead the dressing and branding across one or two of the official competition venues — making sure everything looks world-class and runs exactly to plan.

Role Overview:

Location: Charlotte, USA

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the end-to-end dressing and branding delivery at one or two major tournament venues
Scope venue needs through site visits and stakeholder collaboration
Build and manage detailed scope books and budgets, adjusting plans as needed
Coordinate procurement, logistics, installation, and quality control of all visual branding
Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines and fan engagement goals
Manage dressing implementation across all touchpoints — VIP lounges, media zones, stadium exteriors and more
Lead the decommissioning phase post-event, ensuring sustainable storage or disposal
Work hand-in-hand with production, operations, logistics, and sustainability teams
Oversee suppliers and contractors to deliver high-quality, on-brand results
Act as the go-to contact for all dressing matters at your assigned venues

Main Skills Needed:

Experience delivering branding or dressing for large-scale events — ideally in sports
Strong project management skills and on-site delivery experience
Confident with budgeting, procurement, and working under pressure
Understanding of materials, substrates, and installation techniques
Excellent stakeholder communication and supplier management
Familiar with sustainability practices in event production
Degree or diploma in a related field (Event Management, Production, Design, etc.) preferred
