About The Role

The Program Director, Americas is responsible for leading the successful delivery of client projects across the Americas region, ensuring high-quality outcomes, effective resource allocation, and efficient scheduling. This role will drive project reporting, governance, and operational administration to enable the EGM Americas to focus on strategic leadership and client growth while maintaining a high billable utilization.

This role requires a strong leader who is providing on the ground delivery to achieve successful project outcomes.

Your key areas of accountability will be across four main pillars -

Program & Project Delivery, Resource Allocation & Scheduling, Project Reporting & Governance and General Administration & EGM Support

Within these areas of accountability, you can expect your role to involve the following-

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
• Act as escalation point for delivery challenges and client issues.
• Champion best-practice project management methodologies and tools.
• Support the achievement of billable utilisation targets across the delivery team.
• Manage and optimise allocation of resources across concurrent projects.
• Develop and maintain consolidated project status reports for the EGM Americas and executive leadership.
• Monitor key performance metrics including billable utilisation, profitability, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Lead monthly and quarterly project governance reviews.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the EGM Americas including preparation of client and internal presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Support contract administration and statement of work (SOW) development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s degree desirable).
• 10+ years’ experience in program/project management with multi-project oversight.
• Strong background in resource planning, scheduling, and delivery governance.
• Experience in professional services or consulting environment preferred.
• Proven ability to maintain high billable utilisation while managing operational responsibilities.
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence and build trust.
