Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst located in Oahu, Hawaii to support the USPACOM J7, producing orders, directives, and plans to facilitate J7 guidance for theater training and exercises.

The role includes coordinating with staff and external organizations, supporting travel, managing RFIs, and using tools such as TMS, JTIMS, JTT, Office 365, Teams, and VTC.

Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI and be a US citizen; this is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and six+ years’ relevant experience; four years in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting meetings and senior leaders.
• Experience managing complex tasks under tight time constraints with critical thinking, independent problem solving, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be technical-savvy with basic IT knowledge including experience with IM/KM tools such as VTC, GVS, SharePoint, Teams, TMS, JTT desired.
• Must have organizational skills, time management, be detail oriented, with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support production of orders, directives, and plans intended to facilitate J7 guidance for theater training and exercises.
• Coordinate travel arrangements through the Defense Travel System (DTS) and related requirements.
• Prepare executive level correspondence for flag and general officers; ensure unified action within USPACOM J7.
• Leverage tools such as TMS, JTIMS, JTT, Office 365, Teams, VTC and related databases for J7 support.
• Respond to RFIs and manage related documentation to facilitate J7 responses.
• Maintain calendars and IM/KM requirements for meetings; ensure read-ahead materials are available.
