Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support a C5ISR contract in Panama City, FL. The role involves administrative duties, IT data analysis, and support to Program Management for the Joint & Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) program.

The candidate will communicate with team and customers, perform financial tracking, and prepare reports using MS Office, Sharepoint, SolarWinds, and related tools. Travel is required up to 10% and Secret/Top Secret clearances are relevant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and 3 years of experience; 4 additional years accepted in lieu of degree.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IT industry certification is required.
• Working knowledge of IT systems and networks; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel.
• Experience with IT analytics, reporting, and enterprise IT terminology is expected.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team, customers, and end users via phone, email, chat, etc.
• Track finances, cost control, and provide enterprise IT metrics reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate and track contractor travel; prepare travel estimates and guidance on travel processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports using MS Office, Sharepoint, SolarWinds.
• Assist with procurement activities and expense reporting using SPOT, Concur, and APACS.
