Job summary

Bowhead Program Management & Operations seeks a Program Analyst to support NSWCCD in Norfolk, VA, performing program management, analytical, financial and technical reporting. The role includes meeting support, minutes, scheduling, briefing materials and client SharePoint updates.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and experience with the Stiletto Maritime Platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in studies and reports on feasibility and cost effectiveness.
Strong MS Office and data presentation skills.
Experience with maritime or defense project reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provides in depth analytical, administrative and program management support.
Researches and investigates the need for, and impact of, changes in project scope; develop and implement changes as needed.
Follows reporting systems including data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
Develops and maintains program documentation and technical reports; conducts assessments and communicates results.
Contributes to evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
Monitors program progress and customer satisfaction; provide periodic status reports as needed.
Facilitates efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies.
