Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree highly desired.
• Minimum of two (2+) years of experience in data collection, maintenance and analysis from diverse sources.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Summarize and submit all action items with responsible parties and due dates.
• Present status of LCU tasking and discuss requirements, activities, and concerns with stakeholders.
• Develop and provide documentation including project, programmatic, and financial analyses and data tracking.
• Support Government Logistics processes and coordinate transportation and logistics documentation.
• Organize electronic files and maintain records for programs/projects.
