Ladders is seeking a Senior Principal Program Analyst to join a leader in IT as a remote US-based role. You will provide senior-level program analysis and governance for a complex digital transformation in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include translating mission needs into governance documents, coordinating interdependent workstreams, leading requirements elicitation, and designing automation to improve workflow and document management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related experience.
• 15 years of DoD and Intelligence Community program analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Smartsheet, MS Planner, Excel).
• U.S. Citizenship with TS/SCI and CI Polygraph clearance.

• Translate mission needs into actionable governance and operational documents to support program objectives
• Establish working groups and maintain oversight of risks and milestones across interdependent workstreams
• Lead requirements elicitation and maintain documentation for effective program execution
• Produce decision-support products to enable timely leadership decisions at the executive level
• Design automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce administrative tasks
• Develop integrated systems and solutions that improve organizational document management and scheduling

For our client, we are seeking a Program Analyst Senior Principal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will provide senior-level program analysis and governance support for a complex digital transformation initiative within a mission-driven environment. The position will translate mission needs into actionable documentation, drive coordination across interdependent workstreams, and help leadership make timely, informed decisions. In addition, this individual will support workflow automation, document management, and business development efforts that improve program execution and operational efficiency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,001 – $200,000 annually

• U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph are required
