Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public policy, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience providing consulting, strategic planning, or operational-analysis support within the DoD or Federal healthcare system.
• Experience supporting organizational alignment, policy-development recommendations, or strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical writing, facilitation, briefing, stakeholder-engagement, and executive-communications skills.
• Federal healthcare programs experience is highly desired.
• Active Security Clearance – Must meet security eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and oversight of contractor personnel and contract activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR and additional members of customer leadership team.
• Ensure customer strategies align with organizational priorities and broader strategic objectives.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, project progress, staffing, deliverables, risks, and operational issues.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Ensure all work is completed accurately, on schedule, andin accordance withcontractual requirements.

• Monitor contractor performance, project progress, staffing, deliverables, risks, and operational issues.

Final compensation will be determined based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case, and it is not typical for hires to be made at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 annually.
