Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC in Arlington, VA, seeks a Business Analyst/Scheduler to support HAF/A10 under a Pentagon-based contract. This full-time, on-site role focuses on integrated master schedule development, risk assessment, and executive briefing support for senior leaders, with strict handling of classified information up to TOP SECRET.

You will coordinate schedules across multiple organizations, identify dependencies, produce an IMS, and deliver risk registers and GO/SES materials.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with SAP and SAR program eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• IMS development and management: coordinate and consolidate schedules into a unified IMS.
• Critical path and dependency analysis: map sequential vs parallel events and update continuously.
• Risk and opportunity management: document risks and create a categorized risk register.
• Product generation and briefing support: prepare materials for GO/SES forums and executive decision-making.
• Security and classification: handle classified material up to TOP SECRET and produce releasable products as required.
