Job summary

BCS Allegient is seeking a Program Analyst to support a federal client in Arlington, VA. The role is fully onsite and requires 5+ years’ experience monitoring programs and/or projects, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities include preparing investment packages, maintaining schedules, and supporting reviews and workshops. The position focuses on government-focused program management support and requires detailed reporting and coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience monitoring programs and/or projects.
• Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze facts; draw conclusions; and develop and articulate solutions to complex issues.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist program officers by providing administrative support for quarterly and annual reviews, site visits, and events.
• Prepare investment packages in the client’s business management system.
• Review completeness of investment packages and forward for management approval.
• Monitor investment packages and portfolio schedules against timelines and budgets.
• Review metric and budget data, document discrepancies, and report to leadership.
• Provide detailed reports on investment packages behind metrics or high priority.
• Support processing of MIPRs and new support agreements for approval.
• Assist in prep and execution of reviews and workshops; edit briefs and reports.
• Process Fundamental Research Security Reviews (FRSRs) per DoW standards.
