Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Program Analyst to support budget estimates, review and summarize financial reports for the Demonstration & Assessment Team (DAT), and maintain program records. The role involves funding analyses, ERP project support, and ensuring compliance with DoW funding processes.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, an active DoW Secret clearance, and at least 3 years of Navy ERP experience, plus 1 year with Navy Enterprise Planning System.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating budget estimates to support plans, programs and activities.
• Review and summarize financial reports and documents for the DAT; provide projections and recommendations.
• Maintain program records for the DAT and ensure attachments are included.
• Respond to data calls and inquiries regarding DAT financials.
• Support ERP project generation and funding allocations for network activities.
• Assist in accepting funding documents in the IBPES system.
