Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Program Analyst to support Navy ERP budgeting, funding projections, and financial governance for complex DoD programs. You will analyze funding histories, prepare estimates, and advise leadership on funding needs and adjustments.

Responsibilities include maintaining DAT records, coordinating with ERP/NEPS data, processing DoW funding documents, and ensuring compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• 3+ years experience with the Navy ERP system.
• 1+ year experience with the Navy Enterprise Planning System.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating budget estimates to support plans, programs, and activities.
• Review and summarize financial reports for the Demonstration & Assessment Team (DAT).
• Maintain program records and files for the DAT.
• Respond to data calls and inquiries regarding DAT financials.
• Support ERP project development, funding allocations, and NEPS data entries.
• Assist in DoW funding document acceptance and ERP-related processes.
• Monitor expenditures and provide recommendations on funding allocations.
