Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Navy ERP budgeting for the OPNAV N1 program at Naval Support Facility in Arlington, VA.

You will assist in OMN annual budgets, mid-year reviews, and POM submissions to the Budget Submitting Office, and monitor fund status and obligations across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of financial management experience, DoD budgeting knowledge, and a DoD SECRET or higher clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial management/financial analysis with Navy ERP experience.
• DoD SECRET or higher clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and coordination of OMN Annual Budget, Mid-Year Review and POM/Program Review documents to Budget Submitting Office (BSO).
• Monitor budget controls in ERP and related systems; validate LOA/CLIN/ACRN; ensure timely obligations and expenditures.
