Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support an Electronic Warfare program within the U.S. Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executive, Mission Systems. The role is based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3–4 days on-site per week, and travel up to 10%.

You will work with the Government Program Manager to provide programmatic and technical advice, develop contract structures and CDRLs, and track milestones and documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Active Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support to an Electronic Warfare program within the Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executive, Mission Systems.
• Coordinate with Government PM to develop programmatic/technical advice, recommendations and solutions for issues.
• Maintain and update program documentation (schedules, org charts, status briefs, minutes).
• Travel up to 10% and on-site DC 3-4 days per week.
