Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Operations Analyst to support Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems at NSWC Dahlgren. You will provide SME input for I&T and help develop procedures to ensure quality and performance standards in the SKCS program.

The position requires 8+ years in surface EW, Linux experience, Agile methods, and an active DoD Secret Clearance. Daily on-site work at NSWC Dahlgren with minimal travel is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience with surface electronic warfare systems.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time support to Navy EW systems at NSWC Dahlgren.
• Act as SME for integration and testing on Navy EW systems (SLQ-32 v6/v7) and help develop testing procedures.
• Work daily onsite at NSWC Dahlgren with minimal travel.
