Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Analyst to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office in Washington, DC. This role emphasizes defense acquisition, program planning, and cross‑functional coordination among government, industry, and engineering teams.

The candidate must have a current Secret clearance and demonstrated experience in acquisition programs, with the ability to drive schedules, milestones, and transitions from concept through deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
Five years of defense acquisition experience.
Familiarity with SOCOM acquisition processes, especially loitering munitions.
Experience in Navy programs, especially Naval Special Warfare.
Secret clearance and ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Support program planning and execution for the MLE program.
Coordinate acquisition documentation and milestone activities.
Manage program schedules and deliverables.
Facilitate coordination among government, industry, engineering and operations.
Support development, acquisition, integration, testing and transition from concept to deployment.
