A government service provider is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Marine Forces Pacific in Hawaii. The role entails capturing theater-level Lessons Learned, analyzing trends, and supporting operational plans. Candidates should possess a relevant Bachelor's degree with military experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to interface with military leaders. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant military, joint operations, or analytical experience.
Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course (preferred).
Retired or former Marine Corps Officer (O-4 and above) or Senior Enlisted (E-8/E-9) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Capture and document theater-level Lessons Learned across Marine Forces Pacific.
Support Operational Plan and Operational Order development by incorporating relevant Lessons Learned.
Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
