On-site position in Arlington, with a salary range of $63,750 - $82,450 and comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should be able to obtain a Secret clearance and have 4–10 years of related experience in program analysis and budgeting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Data Science/Analytics or related field.
• 4 - 10 years of experience as Program Analyst or related role.

Responsabilidades

• Track, analyze, and draft regional execution-to-plan reports for MILCON, UMMC, and Demo design awards and budget milestones specific to regions.
• Coordinate with planners across four regions to extract financial MILCON, UMMC, and Demo project data, ensuring regional milestones align with enterprise level investment strategies.
• Provide specialized engineering analysis for sustainment, restoration, and modernization portfolios.
• Provide data extraction, financial analysis, and automated reporting support for budget formulation and program execution tracking.
• Analyze data from financial systems to draft programmatic materials, including POM issue papers, budget exhibits, and compliance documentation.
• Draft comprehensive cost models, lifecycle cost estimates, and technical risk assessments for long-term enterprise capital planning.

Educación

Bachelor of Science Degree in Data Science/Analytics or another related field
