- A salary range of $63,750 - $82,450 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Track, analyze, and draft regional execution-to-plan reports for MILCON, UMMC, and Demo design awards and budget milestones specific to MCIWEST, MCIEAST, MCIPAC, and MCINCR
- Coordinate with planners across all four regions to extract financial MILCON, UMMC, and Demo project data, ensuring regional milestones align with enterprise level investment strategies.
- Provide specialized engineering analysis for sustainment, restoration, and modernization portfolios.
- Provide data extraction, financial analysis, and automated reporting support for budget formulation and program execution tracking to support strategic investment decisions and long-term capital improvement planning
- Analyze data from financial systems to draft programmatic materials, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers, budget exhibits, and compliance documentation.
- Draft comprehensive cost models, lifecycle cost estimates, and technical risk assessments to facilitate the early integration of capability infrastructure requirements into long-term enterprise capital planning.
Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Data Science/Analytics or another related field
- 4 - 10 years of experience as Program Analyst or related role

- Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
