Qualifications

• Analyzing IT programs related to financial management, budgeting, and ordnance logistics.
• Applying program management principles to plan, budget, and execute complex programs.
• Using qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess program effectiveness and improve processes.
• Interpreting DoD PPBS and Appropriation Law in program context.
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across military branches, federal agencies, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Duties include serving as a Program Analyst for the Ordnance Information Program of NAVSUP HQ, YORKTOWN.
• Coordinate with DoD and other stakeholders to support program goals and deliverables.
• Advise on IT program decisions affecting financial management and ordnance logistics.
