Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), seeks a Program Analyst 3 to strengthen statewide programs, training, and evaluation tools. You will analyze programs, collect data, and provide technical guidance to internal staff and external partners across Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, developing training materials, and managing datasets, with telework options part-time and a standard schedule in Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• 1 year as a Program Analyst 2 or equivalent
• 3 years of analytical experience with program evaluation and recommendations; bachelor’s degree or
• an equivalent combination of experience and training

Responsibilities

• Review programs and projects to measure progress toward goals and objectives
• Develop tools, gather information, and evaluate policies and procedures across programs
• Develop recommendations and assist organizations in meeting statutory and regulatory requirements
• Create training materials, manage learning modules, and collaborate with subject experts
• Review providers, documents, and activities to ensure adherence to rules and guidelines
• Maintain datasets, conduct analysis, and prepare reports summarizing findings
