Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Program Analyst in the Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs. You'll help shape statewide policies, monitor grant programs, and provide technical assistance to improve recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with partners, analyzing performance data, and presenting data-driven recommendations to support program design and funding decisions. Hybrid telework options may be available with in-office days in Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional social service or human development experience incl. planning, development, and monitoring.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• You must meet PA residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with federal, state, and local partners to establish requirements and improve outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure compliance with grant agreements and reporting.
• Evaluate performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare data-driven reports to support program design, development, and funding decisions.
• Provide guidance and training to internal and external partners to resolve program issues.
• Maintain accurate, centralized records of tasks and reporting requirements per the grant.
