Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), seeks a Program Analyst 3 to strengthen statewide programs, training, and evaluation tools. This position supports the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) by improving training, evaluation, program coordination, and compliance work across multiple statewide initiatives. It plays a central role in helping internal staff and external partners succeed by providing guidance, analysis, and technical assistance. As a Program Analyst 3, you will perform the following duties:

• Program Analysis:Review programs and projects to measure progress toward goals and objectives
• Data Collection:Develop tools, gather information, and evaluate policies and procedures across programs
• Technical Guidance:Develop recommendations and assist organizations in meeting statutory and regulatory requirements
• Training Development:Create training materials, manage learning modules, and collaborate with subject experts
• Compliance Monitoring:Review providers, documents, and activities to ensure adherence to rules and guidelines
• Data Management:Maintain datasets, conduct analysis, and prepare reports summarizing findings

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
