Job summary

Kingdom Global Community Development Corporation is seeking a Program Analyst for the EEIC Modern Merchant Initiative in Calverton, MD. This full-time temporary grant-funded role supports daily administration, data management, and financial tracking across multiple program tracks.

The analyst will handle contractor hours, invoices, CRM data, SBA reporting, and participant records, coordinating logistics and ensuring accurate records and timely reporting for the SBA-funded period through July

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program administration, nonprofit operations, or office management.
• Experience with financial tracking—invoice processing, expense logging, or accounts payable in a nonprofit or government-funded setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tracks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with data management systems and document management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced program environment.
• Commitment to serving LMI communities.

Responsibilities

• Log contractor hours monthly and track invoices in the financial system.
• Match invoices to contracts, purchase orders, and budget items.
• Flag discrepancies for Program Manager review and resolve.
• Maintain expenditure files with supporting documentation.
• Support SBA reporting and potential audits.
• Track program income and report to accounting.
• Maintain participant records across all EEIC tracks.
• Coordinate scheduling for sessions and events.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute action items.
• Ensure data integrity across all program activities.
