KINGDOM GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a full‑time, exempt Small Business Program Manager to lead the EEIC Modern Merchant Initiative. The role encompasses program design, coordination across multiple tracks, and rigorous fiscal oversight of a $1,000,000 SBA award.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in nonprofit or government-related projects.
• Experience managing federal grants or government contracts is preferred.
• Strong financial management skills, including budget monitoring and expenditure documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for federal reporting and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program design and coordination across EEIC activities within the defined SOW.
• Provide fiscal oversight and monitoring of the SBA award and related invoices.
• Prepare SBA progress and final reports and ensure compliance with 2 CFR Part 200.
• Coordinate partnerships and coordination with program staff, contractors, and partners.
